All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in either new, unopened and unused condition in original packaging OR in opened and uncontaminated condition but with unused portion in original packaging. Returns will not be allowed and proceeded if you fail to comply with the conditions stated above.<\/p>

Return Process<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@edafos.my to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Alternatively, on working days, you may chat with our agent through WhatsApp to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our customer service agent is available Monday to Friday from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. except for public holidays. Returns will not be allowed and proceeded without obtaining the RMA number or prior approval from our customer service team. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, seal the parcel and mail your return to the following address:<\/p>
